Yes, I am quite happy with the customer service from this seller, and the product I received by most standards was better than I anticipated. There was a very small tear in the TPE on the buttock from shipping. I understood this should not be their responsibility, and I just tried to ask what I could do to fix it. They immediately responded and put in an order for some TPE glue free of charge in response. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of product.
